Who Are We?

If you’re reading this blog you probably want to know a little more about who we are, and what makes us tick…so here are a few answers!

Your blogger is Bob Davis…I’m a Realtor (DRE # 01719018), and live and work in North San Diego County.

I was born and raised in San Diego County…and live on a hill in Valley Center, with Cathy my wife, daughter Jennie, four dogs, and one cat. Country and rural areas have always appealed to me…

I was raised in Lakeside when that was still pretty rural…participated in 4-H, and FFA clubs, and raised most types of livestock at one time or another.

My education and background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from UC San Diego, with Summa Cum Laude Honors.  I ‘ve spent fifteen years remodeling and rebuilding homes on my own, and have ten years of Project Managment experience before I became a Realtor…which was great preparation for this business.

My philosophy of life is pretty simple…trust God, Serve others, Encourage them to become everything God intended them to be, and Enjoy every minute of this life with my friends and family.

Cathy is a Realtor, (DRE#01816781), and educator, with over 20 years experience as a teacher and administrator in k-12 schools.

Cathy’s background includes a M.S in Reading and Language Arts from SDSU, with undergraduate work at Hope College, in Holland, Michigan.

Cathy is a Michigan native, who moved to San Diego in 1996.  She has lived in the East and North County areas, and is active in local organizations including PEO, and ARC of North County.
